Pain Referral Areas and associated muscles with trigger points are cross-referenced and listed on the chart making customized treatment plan design and SOAP note writing quick, easy and painless.

Full color, anatomically correct images makes patient education quick and easy. Show the “cause” and “effect” of referred pain from myofascial trigger Points. “X” indicates the common location of trigger points. Red indicates the pain referral zones. Solid red indicates essential trigger points and stippled red areas indicate spillover patterns.
